General Information

All our units are equipped with linens, dishes, and pots and pans for light cooking. (If you plan to do large meals, you may want to bring additional cookware.) To ensure your privacy, there is no daily maid service.
Check-in time is 3 PM or later; please advise us if you will be arriving before 3 PM or after 6 PM so we can accommodate you. Checkout time is 11 AM. Early check-ins may be possible anytime after noon, for an additional $20.00 depending on availability, please call ahead.
Deposits: Reservations require a check be mailed for your deposit (2-4 Nights $100, 5+ Nights $200). Prices below based on a 2 night minimum on all lodging.
In the event that you must cancel your entire reservation, we will refund your deposit in full if you notify us 21 days prior to arrival date.
All rooms are payable upon arrival. Space must be booked exactly, both for arrival and departure. We regret we are unable to refund should you decide to depart earlier than scheduled.
Upon check-in we require a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for your housekeeping deposit. At departure all rooms are expected to be in the same condition as they were at arrival. Mansard Island Resort & Marina is totally smoke free inside of all buildings. If you are smoking inside, if you have brought a pet or have more guests then you registered you will loose your housekeeping deposit. All lodging is subject to 9.25% local TN tax & 5% county room tax = 14.25%.
Our bait & tackle shop is located at the Marina. Freezer space is available at the office for your catch.
For your relaxation, our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The tennis & basketball courts, horseshoe pits, playground & our 2 private, stocked fishing ponds are open year round.
We strive to maintain a clean, family atmosphere. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please help us to make your stay more enjoyable.
Pets allowed in campground, but NOT IN ROOMS "NO EXCEPTIONS"!

Our cozy 2 bedroom lakeside Cottages often have deer grazing nearby. It's an easy walk to the marina or recreation area.

All above rates are Non-April & Non-Holiday Prices, and a 2-night minimum.For a one nights stay we offer:
One bedroom townhouses: $88 up to 2 people
Two bedroom cottages: $113 up to 4 people
Holiday weekends and April are an additional $10.00 per night and a 3-night minimum.
Extra guests are $10.00 a night. Roll-a-ways are $10.00 a night.
All units are near the water except the apartments,
which are just 2/10ths of a mile from the marina.
*NOTE: Weekly rates begin May 12 to March 1 - Holiday weeks excluded.

For Credit or Debit card payments, 4% will be added to listed prices.

Pets
Pets allowed in campground, but NOT IN ROOMS "NO EXCEPTIONS"!
All pets must be kept leashed and not left unattended.
Camping
Our camp sites have water, electric, and a few have sewer. They all include
picnic tables and you may use all the amenities of Mansard Island Resort, which
include sparkling swimming pool, playground, basketball & tennis courts
and horseshoes. We also have our own marina where you can rent boats or launch your own.
The campsites are only about a 2-3 minute walk to the marina!
 Nightly Sites
Nightly rate is $20 for 4 guest, $5/night per each additional guest. Weekly rate is $125 for 4 guest, $30/week per each additional guest.
Monthly rate (excluding April) is $375 for 4 guest, $75/month
per each additional guest.
We have two waterfront sites with complete hookups and 50 Amp service, for an additional $10.00 a night.
Weekly rate is $185 for 4 guest, $30/week per each additional guest.
Monthly rate (excluding April) is $565 for 4 guest, $75/month
per each additional guest.
Primitive Tent rate is $15 per night up to 4 guest, $5/night
per each additional guest.
Holiday Weekends & April are an additional $5.00 per night
& a 3-night minimum.
Annual Sites
Yearly rate per household, $1350 without sewer or $1550 with sewer.
You may leave your camper on site year round, as a vacation get-a-way.
