General Information

All our units are equipped with linens, dishes, and pots and pans for light cooking. (If you plan to do large meals, you may want to bring additional cookware.) To ensure your privacy, there is no daily maid service.
Check-in after 3 P.M.; please advise us if you will be arriving before 3 PM or after 6 PM so we can accommodate you. Check-out before 11 A.M. Early check-ins may be possible anytime after noon, for an additional $20.00 depending on availability, please call ahead.
Deposits: Reservations require a check be mailed for your deposit (2-4 Nights $100, 5+ Nights $200).
In the event that you must cancel your entire reservation, we will refund your deposit in full if you notify us 30 days prior to arrival date.
All rooms are payable upon arrival. Space must be booked exactly, both for arrival and departure. We regret we are unable to refund should you decide to depart earlier than scheduled.
Upon check-in we require a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for your housekeeping deposit. At departure all rooms are expected to be in the same condition as they were at arrival. Mansard Island Resort & Marina is totally smoke free inside all buildings. If you are smoking inside, if you have brought a pet or have more guests then you registered you will loose your housekeeping deposit. All lodging is subject to 9.25% local TN tax & 5% county room tax = 14.25%.
Our bait & tackle shop is located at the Marina. Freezer space is available at the office for your catch.
For your relaxation, our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The tennis & basketball courts, horseshoe pits, playground & our 2 private, stocked fishing ponds are open year round.
We strive to maintain a clean, family atmosphere. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please help us to make your stay more enjoyable.

·At Mansard Island Resort, each of our units are fully equipped for housekeeping,

All above rates are Non-April & Non-Holiday Prices.
April is an additional $10.00 per night and a 3-night minimum.
Holiday weekends are an additional $10.00 per night and a 2-night minimum. For a one nights stay we offer:
One bedroom townhouses: $78 up to 2 guests
Two bedroom cottages: $108 up to 4 guests
Two bedroom apartments: $148 up to 4 guests
Two bedroom Townhouses 2-night minimum.
All units are near the water except the apartments,
which are just 2/10ths of a mile from the marina.
*NOTE: Weekly rates begin May 12 to March 1 - Holiday weeks excluded.
All lodging is subject to 9.25% TN tax & 5%
county tax = 14.25%. All prices are based on payment with Check or Cash.
For Credit or Debit card payments, 4% will be added to listed prices.

Pets
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN LODGING UNITS "NO EXCEPTIONS"!
Pets are allowed in campground. All pets must be kept leashed and not left unattended.
Camping
Our camp sites have water, electric, and some have sewer. They all include
picnic tables and you may use all the amenities of Mansard Island Resort, which
include sparkling swimming pool, playground, basketball & tennis courts
and horseshoes. We also have our own marina where you can rent boats or launch your own.
The campsites are only about a 2-3 minute walk to the marina!

Was checking out the website and thought I may suggest something. You have
pics of the rooms, but there isn't any of the camping area. You have a nice
camping area with a clean shower room, maybe you could include a pic of the
area. We love camping at the resort and I have checked out other resorts around,
but yours is the best and has the best price. Thank you for providing our area
with such a Wonderful place for the family to go and have fun! :)

Resort is a Wonderful place and I want other families to know about it. We tell
people that are coming to visit Tennessee and are camping to go to Mansard
Island and check it out, that it is a very nice atmosphere and offers all you
could want at a campsite.

Yearly rate per household (based on 4, additional household members $100 annually)
$1350 - $1500 without sewer or $1550 - $1800 with sewer.
You may leave your camper on site year round, as a vacation get-a-way.
