Our Recreation Area can provide hours of fun for those times you're not on the water.  We have basketball & tennis courts,
covered horseshoes and a complete playground. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours!

Our swimming pool offers refreshing recreation from
Memorial Day through Labor Day.

For your family gatherings, we have two Pavilions a 20 x 36 & a 21 x 21.

 





Tons of water fun!

We are ideal for a variety of water fun activities. Skiing, seadoos, tubing and other water sports are at their
best on scenic Kentucky Lake, which is 180 miles long and boasts 2,300 miles of shoreline.

For more fun in the sun barrow one of our paddle boats & go fishing in our private, stocked pond.
At Mansard Island Resort there is always great summer fun for everyone!

FISHING ON KENTUCKY LAKE

Something's always in season for the anglers. Our area of Kentucky Lake is famous for its great black crappie fishing!
Large & small mouth bass, striped bass, sauger, several varieties of bluegill and big catfish abound!

      

   



TOURNAMENTS

Since we have so many different kinds of lodging, we are ideal for hosting your fishing tournaments.
We can accommodate up to 140 guest in our rooms plus lots of boats! Our marina makes a great on the water headquarters!

Land Between the Lakes

There is a lot to do and see in our area. TVA's 170,000 acre Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area
is just 20 minutes away. There you'll find the only elk preserve east of the Rocky Mountains as well as an American
bison prairie. Bald eagles can be seen along with wild turkeys, deer, foxes, and numerous other wildlife.

LBL also offers horseback riding at their Wrangler's Campground. It boasts miles and miles of trails!

Fort Donelson National Battlefield

For the Civil War buffs and the casual visitor alike, this historic battlefield is well worth visiting. Its visitor center provides
an audio-visual program, exhibits, and more information. In the summer months, live "Rebel soldiers" reenact some of the exhibits.
The battlefield overlooks Lake Barkley and is a lovely place for an afternoon's picnic.

Golf

There are 4 courses within a 30-minute drive of Mansard Island Resort and 2 are championship courses!
One is at Paris Landing State Park.
